Construction of Svanemøllen Cloudburst Tunnel. Market Dialogue - RFI

Novafos Spildevand Gladsaxe A/S, Novafos Spildevand Gentofte A/S and HOFOR Spildevand København A/S (Novafos/HOFOR) shall establish a drainage system consisting of approximately 10 km of tunnel with dimensionen Ø1600-4900 mm to transport cloudburst water from large areas in Gentofte, Gladsaxe and Copenhagen Municipality, and a further approx. 3 km of connecting pipes, the so-called connection projects. In the event of heavy rain or cloudbursts, the water is discharged from the tunnel through an outlet structure in the Øresund north of Svanemøllebugten. Before tendering out this work Novafos/HOFOR initiates this market dialogue about the procurement and construction of Svanemøllen Cloudburst Tunnel. Information resulting from the dialogue will aid Novafos/HOFOR in the development of the procurement and contract specifications for the project, ensuring these are tailored to reflect current market conditions. Lot 1: This is a RFI - market dialogue about the procurement and construction of Svanemøllen Cloudburst Tunnel. This is a separate process from the upcoming tenders for the project. As a potential supplier you are not obliged to attend this dialogue if you plan to bid on the upcoming tenders. The dialogue can be held in Danish or English. All material prepared by HOFOR/Novafos for the dialogue, will be in Danish or English. To participate in this dialogue, you must download further information and questions for potential suppliers The document provides you with information about the process of the market dialogue and enough information about the Svanemøllen Cloudburst Tunnel project to answer the questions. All documents can be downloadet in EU-Supply. Answers to the questions and application for attending the dialogue meetings must be submitted in EU-Supply not later than 19th of May 2022. When Novafos/HOFOR have reviewed the application and answers from the potential suppliers four to six potential suppliers will be selected for dialogue meetings. Potential suppliers will - if invited for a dialogue meeting – receive the invitation no later than 6th of June 2022.
