5346 – Bedwas High School (block A), proposed works to refurbish male pupil WCs.

Description

A tender was issued for the refurbishment of the boys WCs at Bedwas High School. The scope of the project was fully described in the ITT but in summary the scope was:- Removal and responsible disposal of existing sanitaryware, cubicles, floorcoverings, suspended ceilings, block privacy walls.- Supply and fit of new IPS, cubicles, sanitaryware, re-screeding, floorcoverings, suspended and plasterboard ceilings.- Works to upgrade the electrical board and cabling to the WCs.- Associated mechanical and electrical works in connection with the WCs.- The works are to be carried out in the school summer holidays.This notice is to inform the market of the contract award
