SRC - ITT: Redevelopment of SharePoint Information Hub

Description

The Scottish Refugee Council invites tenders from qualified and experienced developers to redevelop our internal SharePoint based knowledge base. This platform hosts information, advice and guidance for staff supporting forced migrants. The redevelopment aims to facilitate the sharing of good practice, enhance collaboration, ensure compliance, and promote consistency in service delivery. Lot 1: Improve our current knowledge management and create and set-up an Information Hub within SharePoint (administrated by an IT services company called Stratiis). The Hub will serve as a single repository, offering a quick and simple user experience along with an effective search function . Further, we would welcome insight and support around the possibility of the site working together with the organisational case management database (i.e. a Salesforce based platform called In-Form developed by Homeless Link).
