Contract for the delivery of supplier-independent consultancy services, research services and analysis services

Utlendingsnemnda (UNE) [the Immigration Appeals Board] would like to join with a supplier-independent cooperation partner within research, analysis and consultancy services. The service provider must provide analyses, methodology, member-based services, role-based programmes, programmes for IT managers and IT organisations as well as consultancy services for ICT related topics. Lot 1: The Immigration Appeals Board (UNE) intends to enter into a contract with Gartner Norway AS for the provision of services for supplier independent research, analysis and consulting. The service provider will be used as a consultant for strategic selection based on the actual needs of the Immigration Appeals Board. The services shall be designed as a member based subscription service and the service provider shall, in addition, be able to provide consultancy advice/consultancy service if needed. Emphasis is placed on the tenderer being able to offer independent and objective analysis of technology, fact based analysis, global and local presence, specific customer contacts as well as offers of foreign and Norwegian trade conferences included in the subscription. The supplier's analyses must be based on recognised analysis models and research processes. Tenderers must be able to offer: - A portal with relevant content based on research and analyses. It should be possible to configure the portal as needed. - Free access to analyses, methodologies, templates and tools. - Analyses on both a strategic level and as concrete tactical consultancy for implementation. - A broad selection of professional conferences, seminars and symposiums, both in Norway and internationally.
