Description

To deliver a regeneration framework for long term and sustainable improvements across Hayes with focus on how the town centre connects with wider Hayes key developments, growth areas, public amenities and blue/green infrastructure through physical connectivity and activation. This will encompass wayfinding, environmental management (including waste and litter) and public safety to be developed with local partnerships. It will also identify social infrastructure gaps and needs, and approaches to addressing these needs,prioritise key projects from the project bank, guiding strategies such as the Local Plan and Local Growth Plan and a means to utilise s106 agreements ## Contract award
