Project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg — lots 45, 741, 742, 743, 75 (technical lots)

Description

The project to extend and modernise the Konrad Adenauer Building in Luxembourg involves constructing an extension to an administrative building over approximately 190 000 m2 and, pending a decision to be taken at a later stage, renovating an existing administrative building of 65 000 m2. This administrative complex will then accommodate all European Parliament departments working in Luxembourg. This contract covers the following lots: — lot 45 'Landscaping East', — lot 741 'Heating and air conditioning', — lot 742 'Ventilation and CO detection system', — lot 743 'GTC/regulation', — lot 75 'Electricity — power'. The lots are indivisible. Separate contracts will be awarded per lot. Lot 75 'Electricity — power': T1 power distribution; T2 lighting; T3 photovoltaic power supply.
