Operational management of the crèche at the Early Childhood Centre (ECC 5) located at 6 rue Gaston Thorn in Bertrange-Mamer, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Description

The contractor shall ensure as of 1.9.2016 – while respecting the fundamental rights of the child – the overall management of the ECC 5 crèche (administrative, educational, nutritional and hygiene-related) by implementing on this date a comprehensive operational system and an educational project established by the contractor and approved by the European Parliament, as well as all of the necessary measures to ensure the harmonious psychomotor, emotional and social development of children in the contractor's care, promoting awareness and intellectual development, and taking into consideration the multicultural and multilingual environment of the European institutions.
