Description

The product is an optical microscope for non-contact measurement of surface topographies. Lot 1: The product is an optical microscope for non-contact measurement of surface topographies. The instrument can operate with three different working principles (focus variation, confocal, interferometry), allowing for topography measurement of different machined surfaces, made of different materials. In addition, the instrument allows for both 3D measurement of components placed on the stage, and also 3D volumetric (rotational) measurements of components with cylindrical symmetry. It is equipped with a vibration-isolation table, a number of lens objectives (different sets are to be used with different working principles), and software for the control of the instrument/acquisition/measurement. Other tools are also present for the usage with the rotational unit (clamping), and measurement stage (placing). A detailed description of each component is included in the system quotation.
