Procurement of sheltered accommodation flats and a personnel base in the Moa area

Ålesund kommunale eigedom KF (ÅKE) has in K-SAK 072/20 been given the task of procuring sheltered accommodation flats for elderly persons and disabled persons. The procurement of the residences will occur through ÅKE buying the completed residences from private developers. ÅKE will then sell the completed residences to private persons who have applied and fulfil set criteria. It is a prerequisite that the project complies with the Housing Bank of Norway's requirements for sheltered accommodation flats so that investment support can be given. Lot 1: ÅKE has, through a previous notice (https://doffin.no/Notice/Details/2021-336017) and through local advertisements, looked for projects that are being planned and/or are for sale in the Moa/Spjelkavik area. There must be a minimum of 20 sheltered accommodation flats in total. We would also like to procure premises for a personnel base that is connected to 8 of the sheltered accommodation flats. It was a prerequisite that the residences are co-located and comply with the Housing Bank of Norway's rules for sheltered accommodation flats. After a dialogue with several interested parties, we have found that Daaetunet Omsorgsboliger AS, located centrally in Moa west is the project that best fulfils the municipal council's decision. We are thus using this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice to make the market aware of the fact that we will soon enter into a procurement contract with Daaetunet Omsorgsboliger so that the project can be realised. The contract will be signed at the earliest ten days after the date of this notice.
