Contest for the procurement of user-controlled personal assistance (BPA).

Description

This contest will result in framework agreements for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). BPA is a way to organise practical and personal assistance services in daily life, both in and outside the home. The aim of BPA is to contribute to more equality, equal opportunities, and participation in society for persons with reduced functional abilities who require a lot of assistance. BPA must, amongst other things, facilitate for education, participaton in work and organisation life, and living an active and independent life on equal terms with others. Lot 1: This contest will result in framework agreements for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). The target group is varied and covers users who, due to reduced functional abilities, require assistance in everyday life in order to lead an active and independent life. User-controlled personal assistance is not limited to specific functional disabilities, diagnoses, etc. The Welfare Department's goal is to enter into framework agreements that will allow BPA to function as a equality tool that contributes to giving the entire target group choice, and equal independent lifes.
