The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to deliver consultancy for a Culture Integration enabling project in support of UHI’s planned development of a new, integrated operating model. Lot 1: The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to deliver consultancy for a Culture Integration enabling project in support of UHI’s planned development of a new, integrated operating model. The focus of the project will be on assessing – in the specific context of leading the planned organisation-wide transformation of the partnership - the ‘current state’ of the collective working and decision-making culture across the UHI partnership’s senior leadership staff involved; and, in response to the current state findings, facilitating an agreed joint leadership behavioural model to underpin the collective leadership of the programme. The maximum budget assigned to this requirement is 33,000 GBP (excluding VAT).
