Stirling Council is conducting a market engagement exercise to understand the current market capacity for the provision of services to support the Council to exchange ‘diamond lift’ wheeled bins for new ‘comb lift’ wheeled bins. Suppliers capable of providing this service are invited to complete the enclosed short questionnaire which has been designed to identify market capacity and approach. Stirling Council wishes to exchange existing diamond lift wheeled bins which are used for general waste and organic waste with new comb lift wheeled bins from approximately 37,200 properties across the Stirling Council area. The comb wheeled bins will be purchased via the Scotland Excel Framework.
