ateb Group Ltd have awarded a contract to undertake a remuneration review which needs to achieve the following outcomes: A modern, agile and flexible salaries and reward package that supports the principles set out in our Working @ ateb document, helping us to attract and retain team members. This system will need to enable us to set/review salaries on an ongoing basis. An equal pay audit with solutions provided for any issues identified A modern, agile and flexible solution to the current range of additional payments on offer. All systems to be legally compliant e.g. Equal Pay/Equality Act Involvement, engagement of i2i and our wider teams Meet our budgeting/approval timelines
