Description
East Lothian Council is seeking a contractor to undertake Slabbing and Tarmacadam works to Council Housing. Lot 1: The Term Maintenance Contract will be to undertake Slabbing and Tarmacadam works to Council Housing which may include (but not limited to) the following: -Lifting & Relaying of Slabs -Lifting & Disposal of Slabs -Lifting & Disposal of Slabs & laying of Tarmacadam Path -Repairs to Slabs -Installation of pre-cast Concrete Steps -Repair of Concrete Steps -Replacement of pre-cast Concrete Steps -Installation/Repair/Replacement of Metal Handrails (fixed to concrete steps) -Renewing Manholes as part of Slabbing/Tarmac works -Re-bedding Manholes as part of Slabbing/Tarmac works
