IWM/2526/FM/3475: Refurbishment of the Gate Lodge at IWM London

Imperial War Museums (IWM) is tendering for a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Gate Lodge located at IWM London including the design and installation of mechanical and electrical elements. The project involves the strip-out and refurbishment of internal and external areas. Works include removal of existing services, partitions, finishes, and sanitaryware, followed by installation of new internal partitions, doorsets, sanitaryware, mechanical and electrical systems, and finishes. External works include rainwater goods repairs, render cleaning, and paving reinstatement. All works must comply with relevant regulations including CDM 2015, Building Regulations, BS standards, and environmental requirements. Contractors must provide method statements, risk assessments, and certification for fire safety, acoustics, mechanical, electrical, and sanitary installations. Waste management and site protection measures are required throughout.
