Description
NHS Doncaster CCG is commissioning a Primary Care Training and Development Programme - TARGET (Time for Audit, Research, Guidelines, Education and Training). The GMC and Nursing and Midwifery Council now place a heavy emphasis on appraisal and revalidation; education being seen as a major factor in the way GPs and Nurses use resources in the NHS more effectively. This service will provide high quality post graduate education for the medical and nursing workforce with varying levels of skills and experience and give them the opportunity to discuss ideas, solve problems and share best practice. The contract will be for an initial 3 year period commencing 1st April 2018 with optional extensions of two further periods of 12 months. Interested parties must register with the procurement portal www.nhssourcing.co.uk. All documentation and instructions for submitting a tender are contained within the portal. The closing date for completed submissions is 5.00pm on the 5th February 2018.
