Description

The Framework Agreement aims to provide a full product offering for the Orthotic service inclusive of Made to Measure/Modular /Off the Shelf products for the health and care partners of NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board as listed in clause 7.1 of Schedule 1 the Framework Agreement. The list of Participating Authorities are: BSOL Procurement Collaborative hosted by University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (Lead Customer) and health care partners set out below. 1) Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust 2) Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust 3) Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust 4) Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 5) University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) Together referred as ‘Participating Authority’ for the purpose of this procurement. For the avoidance of doubt, UHB may look to procure immediately under this Framework and rest of the Participating Authorities reserve their right to do so during the Term of this Framework
