Authorised Engineer - Ventilation.

LGT require Procurement support to assist with the tender and appointment of Authorising Engineering services in the following disciplines: Ventilation. Our incumbent AE provider will no longer be able to provide support to the retained estate as of the 30th June 2026. We require the procurement of authorising engineering support for Ventilation systems in line with HTM requirements. The duration of the contracts will be a minimum of 3 years. Hospitals operate complex, high risk engineering systems that must meet stringent statutory and healthcare specific standards. Independent Authorising Engineer (AE) services are essential to ensure these systems are managed safely, competently, and in full compliance with relevant legislation and Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs). The AE provides impartial oversight, audits safe systems of work, advises on risk management, and supports the selection, training, and performance monitoring of Authorised Persons and Competent Persons.
