Security Services - Estates (AMP 8)

Description

Affinity Water has a requirement for the provision of Security Maintenance Services at the Company’s sites.<br /><br />The scope of Services includes, but is not limited to, the following key areas:<br /><br />• Managed Service for Planned Maintenance, Reactive Works, and New Installations of Security Equipment: This encompasses regular, proactive servicing to prevent equipment failure, immediate response to any reactive maintenance needs, and the installation of new security systems as required. The managed service ensures that security infrastructure remains operational, reliable, and aligned with the evolving needs of the Company.<br /><br />The specific security systems included in the Service are:<br /><br />• Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems: Comprehensive monitoring and surveillance systems to ensure real-time visibility and recording of activities, helping to deter potential threats and providing valuable evidence when needed.<br /><br />• Access Control Systems: Installation, maintenance, and servicing of systems that regulate and monitor entry and exit points, ensuring authorised access to designated areas and enhancing overall security.<br /><br />• Gate Intercom and Door Entry Systems: Ensuring the seamless operation of communication systems for entry control, which enables secure access to premises through intercom and remote door release functionalities.<br /><br />• Intruder Detection Systems: Routine checks and servicing of alarm systems designed to detect unauthorised entry or suspicious activities, providing timely alerts to prevent security breaches.<br /><br />• Gates and Barriers: Regular maintenance and servicing of physical security barriers, such as gates and access points, that prevent unauthorised vehicle or pedestrian access to sensitive areas.<br />
