Awarding of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in the Official Journal of the European Union in the presence of the case governed by the art. 63 paragraph 2 let. b) Legislative Decree 50/2016. Lot 1: The “Sestan Busc D.o.o.” based in Prelog (HR), manufacturer of the AP helmets in question, declared that PROTOS S.r.l. is the only distributor in Italy of the products they produce complete with visor, intended for the FF.AA. Italian; The company PROTOS S.r.l. of Taranto declared that only the AP visors produced by “Sestan Busc D.o.o.” can be mounted/adapted on the AP helmets under examination, taking into account the specific technical characteristics and safety aspects.
