Offshore wind has the potential to play a transformative role in the Philippines' clean energy transition and economic development. This RFQ seeks to identify a supplier to support the Philippines Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and Department of Energy (DOE) in strengthening offshore wind auction design and pricing.
