Description
The agreement includes assistance for further development, upgrades, changes and improvements of the current P360 in such a way that the tool ensures a good and user-friendly case and archive system for SPK [the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund]. SPK [the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund].has procured Public 360 as its main system for case management and archiving. The objective of the agreement is for the contracting authority to enter into a framework agreement with a provider who has the professional personnel with documented knowledge and experience from professional assistance related to changes, adaptations and other work in connection with P360 and the use of this system in the customer’s organisation.
