Supply of Citrix Licences

Description

The Council has a requirement for the supply of 580 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud Licenses. These licences provide remote access to Windows applications and data over any network, on any device and enables employees to access Linux virtual desktops side-by-side with Windows resources for a complete workspace experience. These licences also reduce the risk of data loss and prevents unwanted intrusions by delivering virtual applications and data as an on-demand service to users based on their location, device-specific features and security configurations. Lot 1: A review of the procurement options identified that Lot 3 of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement reference RM6098 for Technology Products & Associated Services 2 could be utilised. The procurement exercise for this Call-Off Contract was conducted in accordance with the Framework’s Call-Off Award Procedure as an e-auction and in accordance with the procedures for use of third party Framework Agreements under the Renfrewshire Council Standing Orders Relating to Contracts.
