Housing Related support and accommodation (16 & 17 year olds)

Description

Cheshire East Council are commissioning our Housing Related Support and Accommodation service for young people aged 16 and 17 years old, that deliver high quality accommodation-based support to; • Cared for Children • Care Leavers • Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children The requirement is broken down into Lots, structured by geographical regions, North and South as detailed in the Specification. The service delivery and design is provided through: Building based accommodation, Building based support, Dispersed single occupancy properties (mostly single occupancy but some shared occupancy) and Dispersed visiting support. There will be 8 units of accommodation in the NORTH (LOT 1) and 18 units in the SOUTH (LOT 2). Further details can be found in the Specification of Services. In order to participate, providers must register, complete and upload completed ITT documentation and submit this via the Chest at http://www.the-chest.org.uk/ - the project reference on The Chest is DN428508 - the time limit for returning the completed ITT submission is 18th September at 1300 hours.
