Description

Procurement of a Delivery Partner for The Community Wellbeing Service in Exeter. Lot 1: Procurement of a Delivery Partner for The Community Wellbeing Service in Exeter for a lead delivery partner to manage the Wellbeing Exeter programme on behalf of strategic funding partners, Exeter City Council and Sport England. The contract is for an initial 9 months plus the option (subject to funding) to deliver the contract for 3 subsequent years 2025/26, 2026/27 and 2027/28. Key strategic outcomes are reduction in health inequalities through increasing physical activity and community connections for those communities with the most to gain. Key areas of delivery include: 1) Community Connecting 2) Community Building 3) Community Physical Activity Organisation 4) Network Co-ordination
