Lambeth Council are seeking a consultancy either a Company or Individual who would be able to undertake a review of Properties that have not been identified as being subject to Council Tax compliance and payment processes. The consultant will be expected to work with the Council to identify properties that should be subject to Council Tax and not on the Councils Council Tax Rating Register.
