Description

The contracting authority aims to use this competition to enter into most economically advantageous contract for the delivery of fuel and other car related products through a framework agreement. The contract period will be 2 years from the contract date, with a unilateral option for a further 1 year + 1 year. The contract can be mutually terminated, either by the contracting authority's businesses or cooperating partners, as well as the supplier, with a 6-month term of notice. Termination must occur in writing.
