Description

Work Package 2: Sustainability (Contract Ref: NSIGN/001-02B) The objective of this work package is to enable the NSIGN Programme to provide suitable input to the Defence Net Zero targets through its life. The chosen provider will assess and provide input as to how the NSIGN Programme can deliver against its targets and improve on its sustainability and environmental impact, as well as providing analysis of the opportunities for doing so. The Authority will seek demonstrated experience and deep expertise in the understanding of Sustainability and how it can consider practical and deliverable opportunities that could be achieved within a maritime environment. Potential providers will develop sustainability appraisals for the NSIGN solution to allow understanding of environmental impacts from the NSIGN Portfolio to be considered throughout the options process.
