Door Renewal Programme

Description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the supply and replacement of doors to properties at various locations across Rhondda Cynon Taff. The works comprise of the replacement of GRP faced composite doors (in a choice of styles and colours ranging from the following external face door colour options: Red (RAL 3003), Green (RAL6005), Blue (RAL 5003) and White with internal face white and all associated works to meet the requirements of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard & Secure By Design. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. The contract duration will be for an initial 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years and 8 months (Split by 12 months + 12 Months + 8 Months). The initial contract will commence on the 19th July 2021. Bidders must be FENSA approved.
