Lgs. 50/2016, per l’affidamento della fornitura di n°08 carrelli elevatori e contestuale reso di n°02 oltre opzione per ulteriori n°01 con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo Lot 1: Con determina/decreto a contrarre n. 3306 del 10/11/2022, questa Amministrazione ha deliberato di affidare la fornitura di n°08 carrelli elevatori, con contestuale accensione di contratto di manutenzione quinquennale, ed opzione/i per ripetizione servizi analoghi ex art. 63 co 5 Dlgs 50/2016, con contestuale reso di n°02 mezzi usati.
