The provision of Detoxification and Rehabilitation services for under 18s

Lancashire County Council (LCC) is in the process of expanding the existing provision of in-patient detoxification and residential rehabilitation services to include the delivery of services to people aged 16 and 17. Prior to the commencement of a PDPS reopening, we wish to engage with stakeholders about the key elements of our plans. The previous notice relating to the original PDPS can be found using the Notice identifier: 2024/S 000-015184. The feedback gained from the market engagement may be used in the planning and conduct of a subsequent reopening. However, LCC reserves the right to amend what is set out in the market engagement.
