PICASSO - Aeronautical Information Capability

Description

Picasso-Aeronautical Information Capability (P-AIC) to deliver a single end-to-end capability for the collection, processing and production of authoritative and assured AI to meet UK Defence aviation requirements. It will replace an existing system with a growing number of Obsolescence issues. It will ensure Defence AI complies with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469. It will also enable continued collaboration and sharing of Defence and Civilian AI with Five Eyes partners through the Allied System for GEOINT Aeronautical Sub-Group (AASG) by adopting common data standards, practices and procedures to deliver a co-production capability that allows ingest and export of data between No 1 AIDU and the US National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and other Five Eyes partners
