EMSCU has undertaken a compliant EU tender exercise under the open procedure of PCR (2015) to establish a national Framework Agreement for the provision of information solution services (Financial and personal data services) for a period of 4 years from 1.11.2017. The Framework Agreement has been made available to other police authorities established under Section 3 of the Police Act 1996 In addition, a police Participant established under Section 2 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967; the Northern Ireland Policing Board; the National Policing Improvement Agency; and all non-geographic police forces and law enforcement agencies shown at http://www.police.uk/forces UK Emergency Services including UK Ambulance Trusts https://aace.org.uk/uk-ambulance-service/ and UK Fire and Rescue Services http://www.cfoa.org.uk/12072 A previous VEAT was carried out to include use by National Crime Agency (NCA) http://www.nationalcrimeagency.gov.uk/ See TED Reference 2018/S 076-170138. This VEAT notice is intended to provide clarification for the Contract Notice (TED Reference: 2017/S 135-277086),Award Notice (TED Reference: 2017/S 239-496556) and previous VEAT (2018/S 076-170138) Framework for the provision of Information Solution Services. The VEAT has been published to expand the Scope to include use by the Crown Dependencies which are defined as being made up of: States of Jersey Police, States of Guernsey Police and Isle of Man Constabulary. East Midlands Strategic Commercial Unit (EMSCU) has undertaken a compliant EU tender exercise under the open procedure of the public contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national Framework Agreement for the provision of information solution — it is the Contracting Authority's intention that all UK police forces, National Crime Agency (NCA) and Crown Dependencies (Detailed above) are able to use the framework direct award or run their own mini-competitions pursuant to the conditions of the framework, there is no financial commitment to call-off from this framework; The VEAT confirms, this Framework Agreement can be used by all UK police forces and NCA listed below: https://www.police.uk/forces/ http://www.nationalcrimeagency.gov.uk/ https://jersey.police.uk/ http://www.guernsey.police.uk/ https://www.iompolice.im/
