A framework agreement for the procurement of AV equipment (Audio Visual equipment)

The tender contest applies to a framework agreement regarding the purchase of audio visual equipment. Audio Visual equipment is in this context defined as digital monitors. However, it may also include digital boards (e.g. Smart Boards) projectors, TV equipment and loudspeakers, cameras and additional equipment for these product groups. The contracting authority points out that any questions about the competition will in principle not be answered until August due to the general staff holiday. However, it may also include digital boards (e.g. Smart Boards) projectors, TV equipment and loudspeakers, cameras and additional equipment for these product groups. The Contracting Authority only requests tenders for the following equipment: Tenders on used equipment will be rejected. Hedmark IKTs owner municipalities have at total of approx. 50 schools The schools have to a significant extent used digital boards, and other audiovisual equipment for teaching. Digital boards and digital monitors are also used in several parts of the municipalities’ organisation. Projectors have so far represented the largest volume in the area of audiovisual equipment and are in wide use in the municipalities. Other equipment covered by this invitation to tender is also in use throughout the municipal organisation.
