Description

The objective of this tender is to provide state of the art meeting organisation and management services for face-to-face, online or hybrid meetings. The tender is comprised of three independent lots to enable specialised economic operators to provide timely and high quality services upon request: — lot 1 – virtual meeting management services, — lot 2 – conference meeting management services, — lot 3 – peer learning activities. Lot 1: Virtual Meeting Management The ETF is seeking a provider who is able to deliver streamlined and state of the art organisation and management services for a range of online meeting types. Lot 2: Conference Meeting Management Conference meeting management services are required for the organisation of face-to-face meetings. The ETF is seeking a provider who is able to deliver state of the art organisation and management services for face to face meetings. Participants include national/regional authorities (government ministries and bodies), policy makers, academics, VET providers, EU and other country delegations, international/regional organisations, social partners (business, unions) and civil society organisations. Lot 3: Peer Learning Activities Peer learning activities support the core objectives of the ETF by providing opportunities for collaboration, sharing of practices, methods and instruments, promoting, managing and animating networking, supporting national efforts in promoting sustainable reforms of education and training systems. Peer learning activities facilitating the exchange of information and experience amongst actors involved in human capital development reforms and disseminating information and encouraging networking between the EU and partner countries and between countries.
