Description

Nye Veier AS will enter into a framework agreement for legal assistance within the disciplines described below. Further information about the contest can be found in the attached tender documentation. Lot 1: Labour legislation, with particular emphasis on wages and working conditions Regulations about HSE and seriousness Lot 2: Contract law Contracting law Lot 3: Planning and building law, hereunder regulations related to roads and railway Administrative law. Public law Lot 4: Public procurements Lot 5: Tax law VAT, hereunder Norwegian international tax law Lot 6: Privacy and Data Protection Law Further information about the procurement and number of suppliers per lot is in the tender documentation, particularly SSA-R Annex 1. Lot 1: Framework agreement for legal assistance Lot 1 The lot includes the following disciplines: Lot 1: Labour legislation, with particular emphasis on wages and working conditions Regulations about HSE and seriousness Lot 2: Contract law Contracting law Lot 3: Planning and building law, hereunder regulations related to roads and railway Administrative law. Public law Lot 4: Public procurements Lot 5: Tax law, hereunder Norwegian international tax law Value Added Tax law Lot 6: Privacy and Data Protection Law Tenders can be submitted for one or more lots. The contracting authority does not plan to carry out negotiations, and encourages potential tenderers to give their best offer without planning for negotiations. If negotiations are clarifications are carried out regardless, these will be implemented in accordance with the principle about equal treatment of tenderers in PPA §4. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
