Mid and East Antrim Council requires the construction of a new toilet block facility at Browns Bay, Islandmagee, to replace the previous structure which was demolished following fire damage. The Works will provide a modern, sustainable building that improves visitor facilities and meets accessibility, energy efficiency, and social value commitments. 2. Works to be Delivered The Contractor shall: • Clear site and remove existing foundations. • Construct a new toilet block comprising: o Male and female toilets. o Accessible toilet. o Changing Places facility. o Baby changing facilities. o Cleaner’s store and sluice room. o Circulation space, plant and storage areas. o Two external showers. • Provide new stormwater and foul drainage connections, including repairs/upgrades to the septic tank and installation of a new soakaway
