Establishment of a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of General Construction/Maintenance Related Services in 2 Lots

Description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of General Small Construction Works, Repairs and Maintenance type Works and Related Services for LMETB as may be required for the lifetime of the framework in two Lots. - Lot 1: Louth - Lot 2: Meath Tenderers can apply for one lot or for both lots; it must be clear in the submission for what Lot(s) they are tendering for. For each Lot, a separate Multi-Party Framework Agreement will be established. Tenderers only need to submit required information once if they are tendering for both lots, however it must be clear in their submission that they are tendering for both Lots. In any case, if the Tenderer is applying for both Lots, they must submit a Form of Tender and Schedule as well as Pricing Documents for each Lot tendered for. Please note the Forms of Tender and Schedule have been provided as separate model forms, while the Pricing Documents are included in the Tender Response Document (TRD) under the Cost section
