10-BYM-2023 Operation and care of flower meadows in Oslo

Description

The main purpose of the procurement is to ensure the annual operation of biologically valuable meadow environments in Oslo, so that the natural qualities of the meadows are maintained and improved, and to restore biologically valuable flower meadows that have deteriorated. These are mainly flower meadows managed by the Agency for Urban Environment [Bymiljøetaten], which have been operated for years under the individual park contracts. The procurement is divided into three lots, including; Oslo south, Oslo west and Oslo centre and the outer city. Tenderers can submit tender offers for all of the lots, but only one lot per supplier will be awarded. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Oslo south The works mainly involve measures against invasive species, management of young trees and shrubs and mowing. The contract covers fixed annual works to be carried out at specific times of the year and additional works that will be commissioned as needed.
