FWC for the Calibration Service of Instruments/Equipment Used in the JRC’s VELA Laboratory

Description

Due to the involvement of the VELA laboratory in the market surveillance task established by Reg. 858/2018, there is the need to get the ISO17025 accreditation for specific tests. This will require periodic calibration of measuring equipment. The objective of the Lot 1 is to establish a framework contract for the periodic calibration of different instruments used in VELA and related to the measurement of vehicle exhaust emissions. The objective of the Lot 2 is to establish a framework contract for the periodic calibration of different instruments used in the Vehicle Emission Laboratory (VELA) and related to the measurement of electrical parameters (power, voltages, currents,...). The objective of the Lot 3 s to establish a framework contract for the periodic calibration of different antennas and receivers used in the Vehicle Emission Laboratory (VELA) in the context of testing campaigns for the assessment of radiated emissions and electromagnetic compatibility of electric vehicles. Lot 1: Calibration of Exhaust Measuring Equipment Calibration of instruments/equipment for exhaust emission measurements. Lot 2: Calibration of Electrical Power Equipment Calibration of instruments/equipment for electric power related measurements. Lot 3: Calibration of Antennas Calibration of electromagnetic receivers (antennas).
