Description

The scope of the Framework Agreement comprises the development and delivery of a Level 7 dual-module programme in power systems and energy engineering (“the Programme”) and the provision of associated services in line with requirements set out in Part 4 of the RFT. It is envisaged that following the delivery of the Initial Contract which comprises the development and the initial delivery of the Programme ,the Programme may need to be delivered up to 4 times per annum, dependent on demand, availability of funding, and Framework Supplier’s performance. For the avoidance of doubt, this number is indicative only - the demand, if any for repeat delivery of the Programme shall be determined by the Network at its sole discretion.
