In addition to audio-visual recording of meetings or events, the video will be displayed on two large screens visible to the audience in the room.The footage will be live streamed simultaneously to the internet. The provision of live simultaneous video conferencing with one or more persons at one or more different remote location(s) may also required, so that those persons can participate live at the meeting. In these circumstances a screen(s) will be required in the meeting to view the remote participant(s). The remote participant(s) will be fed into the live stream when speaking and included in the video recording
