Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of temporary and permanent staffing for use by schools and educational establishments (excluding independent/for profit schools) The lotting structure being proposed is: Lot 1 - Preferred supplier list Lot 2 - Master Vendor Managed Service Lot 1: Teachers and Education Recruitment An agency selection tool to hire temporary, fixed term, and permanent workers directly from a recruitment agency. Lot 2: Managed Service A managed service provider (including Master and Neutral Vend models) who will provide all staffing needs. The recruitment business will use their supply chain of other agencies to support meeting staffing needs where needed.
