Purchase of high-quality recycled paper

Description

Supply and delivery of high-quality recycled paper in DIN A4 format, provision of the ordering tool and compensation of the CO2 generated by paper production. Estimated annual contract volume for all the institutions and bodies involved: 31 500 boxes of 5 reams of 500 sheets. Purchase and distribution of white, multi-purpose, 100 % recycled paper in DIN A4 format. This distribution shall include delivery to final users situated on all floors of the buildings of the institutions and bodies involved. This contract also covers: — provision and updating of a computerised management system (placing orders, monitoring the budget line, electronic invoicing, statistics, etc.) based on information from the institutions and bodies, — training of authorised staff from the institutions and bodies in the electronic ordering system or in any other system, — annual compensation, on behalf of the institutions and bodies, of the CO2 generated during production of the paper ordered.
