Description

DARD - The services required are technical support services which include data analysis, business intelligence, design prototyping, testing and development in support of the CAP Reform Programme. DARD has a number of major business critical IT changes which have time constraints and requires the continuity of existing resources with extensive technical and business knowledge to successfully achieve these changes. The Department is not currently in a position to mitigate risks associated with transitioning to a new supply base. DARD must maintain business delivery and continue to successfully develop the underpinning ICT capability and applications to support the CAP Reform programme. The incumbent, who was previously appointed through the NI Direct Strategic Partner Procurement, has existing knowledge of DARD ICT systems and data, which will be essential for the successful delivery of these requirements within a challenging and complex delivery programme.
