Description
The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is seeking a supplier of a catalogue of customisable workplace e-learning SCORM courses and content to use in our Moodle learning platform. REQUIREMENT The courses should be: 1. Created as SCORM packages. 2. Comply with the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA 3. Contain a broad range of workplace training modules in a range of subject areas to ensure new staff get up to speed as soon as possible and to support new managers with their new role or responsibility. 4. Subject areas should include Health and Safety, Information Governance and management skills and behaviours. An indicative list of the types of courses expected in each subject area is shown below. Health and Safety Anxiety/stress awareness Display Screen equipment Fire safety General Health and safety in the workplace Risk Management COSHH Manual Handling Working at heights Personal Resilience Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations: RIDDOR Office safety Management skills and behaviours Coaching/mentoring Equality and Dignity at work Effective writing Time management Prioritisation/planning/delegation Assertiveness Giving and receiving feedback Performance management Absence management Objective setting Information Governance and Compliance Data Protection/GDPR Cybersecurity Fraud Prevention The Bribery Act Information management and security Freedom of information Digital Accessibility Although not directly part of this tender evaluation a list of other relevant subject area topics for future purchase consideration would be helpful. An example of this would be Leadership Skills. The contract duration will be 24 Months from commencement with the possibility of extension for a further 2 x 12 months extensions. (Total of 48 Months 24+12+12)
