SMBC - RM6200 AI DPS - Capability Assessment

Description

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is conducting a Capability Assessment as Stage 1 of a call for competition under the Crown Commercial Service RM6200 Artificial Intelligence Dynamic Purchasing System. Suppliers are required to complete the mandatory Yes/No questions contained within the Capability Assessment document and submit their responses via this portal by the stated deadline. This stage is a pass/fail assessment. Only suppliers who respond “Yes” to all mandatory requirements will be shortlisted and invited to participate in Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender). Suppliers must ensure that: all questions are completed in full responses are accurate and reflect current capability any supporting evidence can be provided upon request Failure to complete the Capability Assessment in full, or submission of a “No” response to any mandatory question, may result in exclusion from further participation. The Authority reserves the right to verify any information provided and to shortlist suppliers in accordance with the requirements of this procurement. All clarifications must be submitted via the portal by the specified deadline.
