WM Housing Group is currently on a journey to transform its operating model, with a move from a federated operating model to the creation of a Single Operating Model, led at Group level. This is a significant transition and represents not only a shift in our operational approach but also the need to lead a process of culture change and engagement in the evolution of our new internal and external brand. WMHG would like to commission a formal programme level communication and staff engagement strategy to support the direct change process.
