Description

The provision of field management services to transport unload and set up a stockpiling area prior to delivery of the company biosolids. Including the provision of excavators and appropriate transportation to transport and deliver excavators and ground mats. The company requires field management services to support its internal team in the delivery of stockpiling equipment and setting up of the stockpile area prior to the delivery of the company biosolids. Field management services in the first instance shall be undertaken by the company’s internal fleet and resource. This agreement shall be utilised during peak service demands when the internal field management team has reached its maximum capacity and requires the support of suppliers to help them deliver the company’s field management requirements. The services requested from this agreement shall take place on external farming land (known to the company as ‘customers’) The scope of this agreement will be for the provision of a comprehensive, reliable and sustainable field management service. Services shall include: Service type A: — the provision of 360 excavators to be hired/supplied by the supplier(equipment), — the transportation of the company’s ground mats to be supplied by the company (equipment), — the provision of resource to deliver and set up the stockpile location, — the provision of road signs to undertake general traffic management safety where appropriate. Ensuring general public and public highway safety when delivering services as part of this agreement. The provision of the appropriate vehicle to transport and deliver the field management equipment to the stipulated end destination. — the setup of the stockpiling area in advance of biosolids being delivered (unloading of mats and excavator, laying and locking of mats, positioning of excavator, provision of road signs, taking of picture once stockpile area complete, recording delivery and picture onto BC and the re-loading of equipment when instructed), — collection and removal of equipment to the next end destination, — appropriate maintenance and cleaning of excavators and mats, — daily use of the company’s field management database, — self-maintained documentation for auditing purposes, — ensuring general public and public highway safety when delivering services as part of this agreement.
