Contract to review and recommend the governance options for our nature restoration partnership, and deliver a business plan for investment and revenue income We are seeking to appoint a consultant with specialist expertise not-for-profit structures such as community interest companies/ cooperatives etc to to enable us to explore in detail the opportunities for our nature restoration partnership. The deliverables from this consultancy brief will enable us to understand and make a decision based on the evidence provided on the most appropriate governance model and deliver an outline business plan to bring our pipeline of potential projects closer to the investment stage and realise a range of financing options which can meet the long-term delivery plans of the partnership.
